SCIG is committed to investing in rapidly growing areas with strong demographics.

With strong job and population growth, this area has become one of our primary focuses. In early 2019, we acquired 90,000 sft of retail/office space at the gateway to South Huntsville. Our group is implementing plans to renovate the complex, and secure its spot as a landmark in the area. SCIG will be heavily involved in city organizations to integrate the property better into the community.
