In early 2025, SCIG acquired a multi-generation, early-owned RV park and boat storage located on Smith Lake, Alabama. The property boasts 126 RV sites along with 124 boat storage units. It is equipped with bathhouses and a private boat ramp, and operates as a long term agreement non-residential RV park. Following the acquisition, SCIG managed extensive renovations to enhance the property’s appeal and functionality. The entrance boat ramp was upgraded with reinforced materials and expanded for easier access, allowing for better entry and exit for boats. Finally, significant improvements were made to the campground, with renovated bathrooms and landscaping that enhances the overall guest experience.
